Every insurance agent within 50 miles likely knows the carrier. Escalate it over your agent. If they want to replace the entire roof I would look at the spray on roof even if it means a little out of pocket to you.

I went with RV-ARMOR roof; it is not spray on but is rolled on. If they replace or repair the roof, the deductible is the same.
