Add electronic stabilizers?

2018 Passport. It has the manual crank stabilizers. Can you add aftermarket electronic stabilizers to an RV?

When I had manual crank stabilizers, I just got a battery power drill and spin them up and down using that. It was sooo easy.

However, you can add electric stabilizers as well as a full-blown auto level system (at quite a cost).

Guess if you ask Mr. Google he will tell you that both Bulldog and Lippert make what you are looking for; not sure they fit your application but you can check: Seems to me an electric drill keeps me from wearing myself out when setting up or taking down the trailer for travel. I leave the socket attachment on the drill and plug into my outside outlet and use an extension cord. I keep the scissor jacks lubed so the process goes smoothly; I am getting a little older and anything I can do to make things like this easier is a plus. I am not sure these system automatically level so that will require some research.

Short answer: Lippert makes ground control for travel trailers, I have installed it.

Look at the price and decide if it’s really worth it.

Yes, you can add electric, automatic stabilizers with self-leveling. And once you've used it, you'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner.

I found manual scissor jack stabilizers on the corners to be much more effective than power stabilizers. An automatic leveling system, however, is great.
