In command or Thermostat issue??
Recently our AC doesn’t seem to be working properly. We have it set for 68 and it only goes as low as 72 and stops. Then it’ll keep heating up inside the camper and not kick on.
The ac is run through the in command system. I’ll try to change it to high so it kicks on, but it still won’t kick on.
I was told by in command technical support that it’s not communicating to the ac so I need to unplug it and disconnect the battery for a couple minutes. I did this and it worked for about 10 mins.
I think this is an issue with the in command because I turn on the main lights with it. Last week I turned on the lights and they did not come on. I was told again by in command that I needed to reboot the system again.
Now I need to worry about being away from my camper and leaving my dogs in there with the concerns that they will over heat.
Does anyone have any ideas or similar issues??
