Key TV module died

Key TV was working fine then just died while watching TV. The blue light won’t come on. The wires going to the module read 12V. Tried to rescan channels and got nothing.

FIXED this only works for campground cable feed.
I pulled the module and installed a splitter so I could run all 3 TVs. See pics

I couldn’t find the color code for which coax went to which TV so I had to figure it out.
TV-1 grey feeds the bedroom TV
TV-2 beige feeds the living room
TV-3 white feeds the garage
TV-4 orange is the outside feed

This was on a Raptor 413
