Monitor panel not working

Looking for some advice on my monitor panel (Black, KIB model 25?). It has a Battery monitor and three tank monitors, (one black, two grey). Brought it out of storage to move to another storage location and noticed my panel did not light up at all. Is there a fuse that is inside the panel? Can’t imagine that all the sensors would suddenly stop working at the same time? Not knowing what my levels are is a little disheartening on what is supposed to be a relaxing upcoming camping trip. Thanks in advance.

Do the interior lights work? Did you take the battery out and reinstall it?

As a matter of habit, I always disconnect the battery when it’s in storage and attach a trickle solar charger to keep the battery full. I had reconnected the battery, went inside and saw the panel not working. Lights still worked.

Ok. Is there a battery cut off switch?

Check your ground wire connections.

Chuck, When I had an urge to make my sensors read correctly and after replacing and replacing the harness and checking resistance (it was all good), I decided to replace my monitor panel. It has black, two gray, propane water heater rocker switch and a battery indicator. I decided to replace it. I sure don't remember a battery.... Did all this make my gauges work properly? No... was a waste of time, money and effort and I now ignore the monitor anyway (except to turn on the burner on my water heater).

There isn’t a battery or fuse in the monitor panel.

As I sit here trying to decompress from a very stressful week, I’m thinking the OP needs to take the monitor panel out and check the circuit board, making sure it’s fully seated for the buttons to work.

No battery cut-off switch. That’s why I disconnect when in storage, nothing drawing down the battery. Will take panel off and check to see if it’s seated properly. No fuse associated with this panel? Very strange.
Thanks for the responses.

Maybe when you disconnected the battery you pulled a wire loose from either the ground or the hot side?

Thanks Jasin1, will check the wiring in the battery compartment for anything that looks loose.

Where would a person look to purchase a new monitor panel? For a keystone product

You need to determine brand and model first. Most are made by KIB.

Hi Joe- Did you ever find a solution for replacing your monitor panel in your Keystone? We are having issues with our panel.

Thanks!

As a matter of fact, yes I did. After exhaustive research I finally found exactly what was wrong and ordered this part.

Would you have a few minutes to chat about your panel?

Did you have to remove the panel to locate the circuit board serial number?

We are not sure if the board is bad or if the circuit board is burned. The upper half of the panel works fine but the lower half is dead. Obviously, the bottom half of the panel runs the jacks, slides and awning. We currently can use a remote to run the slides, but we would like to get the panel fixed.

It sounds like you are having a different issue than I. My problem only consisted of my level indicator lights not working. That small circuit board actualy plugged into the main monitor panel. I didn't see any other circuit boards on it. I'm thinking you'll need A new complete panel. You'll need to remove the panel, and find some kind of identification markings and contact either keystone or Elk Mountain, and see if they can help. Of course first thing to do Is check all your fuses..

I have a 2014 333mks and I am having issues with my control panel. I have 2 rows that don't work, but if I reset the power it will work for a while. Recently when I turn power on to the panel my awning will extend on its own. I am looking to get the panel replaced but the dealership is having a hard time locating a replacement panel. Trekwood had a replacement on their website. I called them, they said they no longer carry that panel. Has anyone had luck getting a replacement panel for their 333mks, if so who did you use? If you have part numbers and contact information I would appreciate it.
