Can it be fixed?

Now that the leaks are fixed, can this type of problem be fixed? And how?
Please see attachment.

Wow. What caused that? I don't know anything about the issues you've had, but may I ask, if the leaks have been corrected, is this just a cosmetic problem? What RV is it?

I have seen a delaminization kit for sale where the skin is pulled away and an adhesive shot underneath and the skin applied after using some mechanical method of holding it till the adhesive sets up; I think 2x4s are used with some wood pieces to spread the mechanical hold. Maybe a youtube video?

There is an older thread concerning this same issue on an Outback trailer: https://www.keystoneforums.com/forum...ad.php?t=34127 Lots of great information to get you started with what you're facing.
