Battery Quick Disconnect/Onan Generator

When I use my quick battery disconnect my Onan generator starts to make a humming noise likes its priming and the start light comes
on? Is there a reason its doing this? My rig is a 2017 Keystone Raptor 355TS

Mine does that also. Was told that it needs to be wired correctly at the DCM or the disconnect switch. I disconnect the plug wires next to the manual start button on the genset until I can get it in for work.
