aftermarket back up camera

So I just got the Garmin nuvi 2798LMT with back up camera. My question is with those with pick up trucks, where'd you mounts the wireless transmitter? Thanks in advance.

I am waiting for my BC20 camera. I bought the 50 foot video extension cable So I can mount the transmitter as close to the front of the 5th as I can. I suspect it is going to end up in front compartment.
Read the mounting instructions and watch the videos on You Tube. They tell you to mount the transmitter flat side to the truck.
With any wireless camera, the closer the transmitter is to the receiver, the better.
