Slideout pulling booth away from wall

I have a 2013 Laredo 303TG I bought in November 2013. Before this started happening, when I brought the slide all the way in, at the very end the slide rotated causing the bottom (floor) of the slide to lift up. Now, when this rotation happens, the booth frame at the middle of the slide pulls away from the wall of the slide. This started about 5 months ago and I am adding this to the list for warranty work (not long at all). It is almost like the slide floor is not rotating up but the wall is rotating outward and you can hear the screws ripping out of the wall. This is only happening with the booth in the middle of the slide and not with the booth in the corner.

Has anyone seen this? What is the fix? Do you think I will have a problem getting it repaired under warranty?

Thanks,
Ed

Hopefully your dealer will report it to Keystone in such a way that the factory will authorize the repair.

There is a "caution" in the owner's manual about not using (or stepping on/sitting on) the slide when it is in the retracted position. If anyone has been sitting on the booth seat during roadside stops or other times when the slide is retracted, that may be the reason for your problems. If you haven't been putting weight on the slide, then Keystone should authorize the repair. If you have, then it will likely depend on how your dealer reports the damage.

Good Luck.
