Angry Toilet bowl rinse water just trickles out

We've used our new 2014 Cougar trailer 4 or 5 times. Just recently, when we flush the toilet the small holes around the top of the bowl just trickle out very little water. It seems like there is a blockage or perhaps a break in the flush water line. However, no water is leaking around the toilet or at any valves in the back of the toilet. I thought it might be low water pressure at the RV park we stayed at but this was not the problem. Our trailer is still under warrantee but we're on the road right now and I'd like to try and resolve this now if possible. Any suggestions are appreciated.

You may have trash in the shut off valve beside the toilet or that valve may not be fully open.

Had the same question, we have lower pressure when connected to city water than when running on the pump. Not saying the city water low pressure is the cause, obviously you didn't have the problem before, but knowing if you have the same problem on city connection and running off the pump may help in trouble shooting.
