Slide out gear hung?

My wife and I had some friends come over last night to see our 2014 Cougar 330RBK. So she goes inside to open it which is the first time since last thanksgiving. She turns on the panel (stupid touch panel) and presses the main slide to go out. Well once it extended out as far as it should go and she let off the button, the slide motor kept trying to slide it more. It makes a hellish noise. So turning the panel power off would stop the motor until it was turned back on. I had to completely disconnect the shore power and let it sit to get the system to reset. Now the bottom two rows of the panel are out. I had to get the panel replaced last year three days after we got home from buying it. So looks like she'll be going back to the shop for warranty work.

Rocker switches are your friend, and Keystone has gone back to them for the control panels.
