2910 bh

Just picked up a 2011 Passport 2910 BH from Northside RV in Lexington, we live in Florida but the deal was too good to pass up. Been looking for the right one since July and took a while to figure out what to get and where. In about ten minutes on I75 figured out I wanted the extra sway control on the Drawtite hitch. We got it setup in the dark last night, then took it down in the am in the cold and rain and took it back to the dealer to add the sway control. Made a big difference and am one happier camper. Pulling with a 2008 Silverado 1500 crewcab with a factory tow package. Leaving Kentucky first thing in the am to try to get south of the big freeze that is coming our way. Looking forward to lots of trips in the coming years.

Good luck on getting any, I mean ANY, assist from this dealer after you get home. I recently purchased a 2011; 36 ft 5er from them and have yet to have any positive service related, warranty, experience...period ! I only have minor issues, BUT, the first one; electrical; I worked directly with Keystone AFTER no dealer satisfaction or guidance. Outside electrician fee; $120; I was reimbursed $75 and OK with that. Issue resolved. Second issue is with the cable TV port...dead. On our maiden voyage and STILL waiting for a service tech to call me back. NOTHING ! I did a direct wire to the TV in the LR and cable works fine. Wire is hanging from LR window....

I always remain positive in my calls, BUT, man, they are frustrating to deal with.

LOVE our rig and look forward to many years of enjoyment in travel !

DOCUMENT your dealer calls with a name; time, any commitment. Records are your friend.

Congrats on your new RV.

We at the forum hope you have many happy camping trips.

As far as service, I would think that buying in Kentucky and living in Florida you are probably going to get your unit serviced - if needed - from a local RV retailer.

I hope it does not need anything done though!

Again, Happy canmping!
