I-29 between Kansas City and Sioux Falls

I am getting ready to make a trip to the Black Hills with 3 of my Granddaughters. One leg of our trip will be taking us North in I-29 from I-70 to I-90. A couple of years ago I encountered severe flooding along that route around this time of year. I know that that area has received quite a bit of rain recently. How are the conditions on I-29 this year? Thanks in advance.

My job has me driving up and down I29 from Kansas City to Fargo. Just came back from Kansas City to Omaha and the roads are open and clear. There is the normal orange cone zones along the way.
