Passport 3220 BHWE, It is home!!

And I love it!
Passport 3220 BHWE with outdoor kitchen.
Doulbe slide bunkhouse.
Dry 6290 GVWR 7500, Still had the 5th wheel hitch in the bed!

Tows much smaller than it is. I have a 6.0 3/4 ton Chevy. Equalizer 2 hitch. 1 1/2 hours on the interstate. Could barley tell it was back there.
Seems to me it is easier to backup than my old 25 foot fiver.

I can take some pictures of the kitchen if you like.

That trailer goes on and on. I love the reasonable GVWR and double slide.

Funny. Someone over at BobIsTheOilGuy has the same setup. Are you a closet oil freak?

I am! That is me!! I have four cars. A 2000 Trans Am that runs 11's, a supercharged Buick Regal that runs high 13's, the truck pictured and my Wife's Equinox. All GM stuff because I am familiar with it and own two GM specific scan tools.

This trailer was going to be My CTS-V, but the Buick only has 88,000 miles on it, the Trans Am 55,000 and the Truck 28,000. So I can wait 5 or 6 years.

Plus my little ones are still, well little and love camping!

Can't wait to get this trailer out! First trip is the 1st.

Congratulations! Looks good behind that Chevy too :-P

The kids will love it.

BTW - is it just me, or are you missing a queen mattress up front there?

I am, the pervious trailer had a very nice one we bought. So that goes back in.

I sold mhy old 5er this evening was sad to see it go. I paid 3500 bucks for it with the hitch 4 years ago. It was great fun. I sold it to a small family who is going use it on property they own on a lake. Most 5ers my old one's vintage were selling for about 3000 to 5000 bucks. They were the first to call and loved it. So I let it go for 1600 bucks. I hope it loves it's new home. It is a good trailer. It looked funny getting pulled away by a Diesel 1 ton. At least it was a Chevy...

Great move - the stock foam mattress isn't great. It was too firm for me. Just swapped it out for real innerspring w/pillow top. Slept much better when camping last weekend.

Other than that, it's a nice camper and you'll have a lot of fun with it.
