Wireless Awning Remote

Installed a Wireless Remote system to my awning. Now I can use the original switch or the wireless remote to extend or retract my awning.

This is great for maintenance/cleaning the awning since I don't have to go in and out of the camper to keep extending it a foot at a time!

I love the first photo. In my head, I hear "Danger, Will Robinson!"

I know, I don't know why they shaped the receiver like that!

There are wires that I have not used on my trailer, they are for a motorhome.

It comes with a power switch to kill power to the unit.

I found it an easy install, but I'm used to doing wiring...

I forgot to mention that another two wire are for controlling the awning lights. If you choose to connect them, you also gain remote control of them and gain dimming capabilities...

WNY Bullet - Can you provide a link to the product? I too get tired of going in and out to retract/extend the awning when cleaning. Plus its a great tool to impress your friends

You can get it in two variations, one kit comes with the wind sensor (Which I didn't want) or without. I tie down my awning, so I didn't want the unit to be trying to close-up my awning automatically, so I bought the kit without it.

With Sensor:

Without sensor:
