Child safety rail for jackknife sofa

We have a 2021 282BH that we got through make a wish foundation and we have this cool inflatable safety tent, but it's made for a full length mattress. Is there a safety rail that works or a modification that would allow a disabled toddler to not roll out of bed?

He's 8 but was premature and spent almost 3 years in the hospital. He's small for his age and has oxygen, pulse ox, feeding pump connected to him overnight so getting out of bed is a big deal. We have an alarm on the pulse ox if his oxygen dips or the sensor disconnects, but the main issue is falling out of bed.

We installed this one on our RV king bed as as a safety net for our elderly dachshund. It folds down when not in use.

Hmmmm....it's close, but I'd probably bump up to their next size:

So I can tell you how we solved it. We created a barrier that prevented our child from rolling out of his bed. But you can also place your child's bed in a corner against a wall. I work at https://fosterplus.org, and I remember how we had there the same problem. We just found something like https://www.amazon.com/Bed-Rails-Tod...077MT92YD?th=1. And it solved our issue. Btw, I think you can ask your doctor or an orthopedist. They know how to deal with it.
