2015 Fuzion 325 Antenna

Need to replace my antenna. The old one got ripped off by a low wire. Half of it was gone and of course it was the had with all the information on it. I know it was for the TV and Radio. Can anyone help with the name of this antenna? None adjustable and it really worked great. If I can idnetifiy I want to replace it with one jst like it. Thanks in advance for the help.

Well after a bunch of research it seems it is a Continu.us CA-1500 antenna. The problem is, looks like its a discontinued model? Now what do I replace it with?
