Well that is one fine looking truck, even on it's tailgate! I took a minute and put it on it's wheels, it looks even better now!

I usually go into my photo album on my iPad and edit the picture..crop it and make it a square pic instead of landscape mode sometimes have to flip it the opposite way

Try preview until it looks right

Bullhead is great, and very windy up on the hill looking at the Colorado River, Laughlin is a few minutes away. To bad I'm not a gambler lol

Love the fact it has the garage!
Don't love the fact, we cannot get to the bathroom while on the road without moving slide out.

Thats what the vin tells. But not what the truck actually is, that screenshot is just off the vin from Dodges site. It is a Big Horn, I was thinking the same thing, but the salesman at the dealer didn't even know what I was talking about ....lol 😆 just a kid, little or no one told him about the difference

Yep, I learned more than 50 years ago I'm not a gambler, I hated losing 25 cents at penny poker.

We liked walking along the river behind those hotel/casinos. First and only time I made an exception to my "no gambling" rule. DW and I both got $20 worth of quarters and proceeded to try our "luck". Well, within about 10 minutes DW's quarters were gone and but I still had some because I'd spend 5 bucks and win 1. In less than an hour we had both lost our $20. I wasn't upset, I viewed it as a positive reinforcement that I was not supposed to gamble. Now, my son on the other hand....

Good looking truck!
IMHO they are the best looking trucks on the road today & I'm a GM guy.
If I were getting another 5er my 1st choice would be the Ram Mega Cab 3500 Cummins dually short bed. Second choice would be another GMC or Chevy, 3rd wait for either of those to be available.

I thought about the mega cab and short bed, but came up ....if I'm a going to go big ....get the long bed and try to wrestle it into parking spaces, north 40 and a walk will keep me moving lmao

Change out rv king to standard queen

So the used Fuzion came with a well broken in mattress, with dips in it like a Rollercoaster ride while sleeping. Trying to stay on top of the high side so as not to roll into the cavern.
I'm wondering if any one else has taken the rv king bed out completely and replaced with a standard queen?
I think I would have a little more room on my side, and less on the foot end.... any good input from someone in my boat ?

Yes did that exact thing…best upgrade so far and much more room in the bedroom…my wife and I sleep close to each other anyway so no need for the king

And you didn't have to cut on the platform for fit ?
I know i can grab a tape and measure.
Sounds like I will be heading to the dump with the king !!!!

Yes just took a saw and cut a few inches off each side…the base was the same as the queen base the plywood top just overhangs more for the king but there is no extra support

Took all of 15 min

I will 2nd Jasin. We did the same thing with ours before I ever picked it up. Just had the plywood platform cut down to fit a 60x80 res queen and put a new residential mattress there. The extra room to maneuver around the bed is well worth it.

I will note that when we went to choose mattresses that the one we chose first go round was too firm. Felt great in the showroom but once on the platform it was too firm. As we worked thru that and discussed it with the mattress store manager we all decided it was because the mattress was designed as a set and was supposed to go on a box spring which has some give to it, the plywood does not. Swapped for the next softer model in that line of mattresses and it has been bliss. Don't know that everyone has that issue but I'm picky about a mattress (well, most things) and it was evident to DW and myself.

I went to Denver Mattress in Lubbock, TX. They are all over out here in our part of the world but don't know about yours. All their models have names and I don't remember ours (have bought several for RV, houses) - possibly a Telluride. It was not an RV specific mattress and I do think they make one, they just didn't have one we could try.
