We have a Hideout 299 RLDS and had the same issue - jacks not working and we couldn't find a fuse in the main fuse panel inside the camper. Hubby finally found a fuse in the front compartment somewhere - sorry to be a bit vague. He described it as "inline" somewhere...

There should be a fuse somewhere near the from of the trailer. Is there some kind if panel inside the trailer? Does it have power?
If not the the problem is before that.
I have a Lippert installed on mine (I did it myself ) anywhere the was an in line fuse I replaced it with an auto reset for convenience. Made what you are going through simple to troubleshoot if there was a problem.
