Exclamation Marker lights, porch and garage lights INOP- FZ-301

I have a 2013 Fuzion FZ-301 that I recently acquired. The top marker lights, porch and the ceiling lights in the garage are not working. I suspect a ground issue but no idea of where they may be grounded.

The lower markers all work fine.

Any help appreciated if anyone else has seen this issue.

Welcome to the forum

Marker lights and ceiling lights would be seperate circuits so let’s treat them as two issues.

Have you checked to make sure all the bulbs are good? Your top marker lights will be wired in series and I would suspect one end or the other will have wire running from the top to the bottom. You can pull the lower lights off and look behind for 2 sets of wires.

Ceiling lights, I would start at the switches.

@Chuckster57 was kind of thinking down that line. Hadn't had time time til this weekend to explore so I'll be pulling lights, houses, etc and checking with a voltmeter.

Thanks for the assist. Given you are a registered tech, I'll definitely feel better with that approach.

I don't think any of the lighting would be a series circuit.

The marker lights will be like Christmas tree lights, wired on the same circuit but unlike the old lights, if you lose one you don’t lose the whole string, that’s what I meant.
