2018 Montana 3790 Dining Slide Roof Bowed Up

Just wondering if anybody has had issues with their slide or slides having a bow on the top. My dining room slide has been bowed for some time, tired of getting on top of the slide so the slide will extend and retract without hitting the top of the frame opening. I reached out to Montana and of course I received the typical horse and pony show. Being in skilled trades for 40 years I figured I will fix the problem myself, the main problem is we are full-timers and would have to be very calculated as to how and when to fix the issue. Just wondering if anybody had experience with the roof slide construction on these units.
