Slide out struggles to extend

On our last trip of the season I noticed that the curb side slide out really seemed to struggle to extend. Motor ran really low. Sounded like it was really pulling hard.

Retracting sounded much better. Motor speed was much faster and while I did not time it, the slide appeared to come in much faster.

I've lube all sides with the dry WD40 just before this trip and the other two slides ran fine.

As a quick check to see if the room was out of alignment before putting it away I did the following. I ran the slide out part way, about 10 inches. I then measured the distance between the trailer and the slide edge at the four cables. At the bottom two cables the distance was 10 -1/4 inches and at the top, the distance was 10-3/4 inches. 1/2 inch difference between the top and bottom.

I noticed that when I retracted the room that the top pulled in some before the bottom did. Didn't think to measure it at that time. (A duh moment)

Is there a wear strip at the bottom that this difference could be causing the bottom of slide to drag on the frame or something else. Then when going, the straight pull puts it back up on the wear strip.

I did not see any unusual rubbing or wear on the bottom or top of the slide and due to time constraint could not pull the bottom seal off to look for anything.

I going to adjustment the cables in the spring so it room is more vertical while going out, but is there anything else to be looking for?

Thank you
