In-Command system

I have a 2017 keystone outback with the in-command system. It shows how much you have in your grey and black holding tanks. It is not telling me how full my tanks are is there anything I have to do. I have had the trailer for 2 weeks. Any info on how to utilize th in-command system to its fullest ability is greatly appreciated. Thanks

I also have a 2017 Keystone Outback with in-command. My tanks are reading good. Be sure you have the latest firmware updates from the follow site.

http://www.asaelectronics.com/incommand-support

the latest firmware has improved performance. You can install from the USB port and a USB flash drive, the admin page has the options to install the firmware.

If you perform a reset, it might load the layout for you, maybe loading the tank level option too.

This support page will also contain a customer service contact for any troubleshooting on it as well.
