If you want to notify Keystone about the problem, you need to click on the company's customer service link:

If you'll notice, at the bottom of every webpage in this forum is the disclaimer:

As far as I know (and I'd bet my next paycheck on it), nobody from the Keystone RV Company's Customer Service department is a member of this forum and nobody from the factory monitors posts made on this forum. So, if you want them to know about your problem, you really REALLY need to contact them and not rely on "word of mouth" from this site to catch their attention.....
