I did call Dexter and they have asked for the axle sticker info and pictures of the failed parts which I will send next week when I go back to the trailer I will post when I hear back

I did have a reply from Dexter they did not say if they had had a problem with hardware but they did ship me 4 replacement 7k never adjust assemblies and seals which I consider more. than fair. I installed them yesterday and they seem to work well and should improve more once they are totally broken in. I was pleasantly surprised with the service and consideration that Dexter gave maybe Keystone should take a lesson from them.
