caulk?

Should these windows be re-caulked? If so, what is the process?

I don't think they need it. As long as there isn't any voids in the butyl tape, maybe a plastic putty knife to trim the excess would make them look better.

Re caulking involves removing the window, cleaning all the old sealant off, putting on new butyl tape and reinstalling window.

I just watched this great video a few days ago, it is just what you need for how to do it. How to Reset and Seal RV Windows -

However, I agree with the previous poster, it just looks like they neglected to trim off the excess.

We found that, as the weather gets warmer, the butyl sealant tends to extrude out around the window. As Chuckster said, a plastic putty knife will trim it. Be really careful around the decals. We had an area near the awning supports where the decal was actually on top of the sealant.
