What Solar Charger do you use?

I want to purchase a solar charger for off grid use, without a generator. (we have one, but it would be nice not to run it occasionally) We have 2 6-volt batteries paired for 12 volt. Can a microwave or A/C unit be run from solar? We don't want to spend $1000 on a unit, but would like something dependable, good quality, that we can add more panels to if we wish.

Here are 2 I'm looking at:
http://www.ul-solar.com/Off_Grid_Sol...55p-kit-pr.htm

http://www.amazon.com/Go-Power-GP-RV...rds=95+w+solar

The second one is more expensive but has great reviews. Person used a crock pot all day and never lost charge. Can't find reviews on the first one, but it has a 10 year limited warranty.
Thanks in advance everyone!

I have a Kyrocera 85w solar panel which I use in conjunction with 2 6v Trojan batteries. The inverter I use is only a small one - 750w - so I am unable to run the microwave but would be able to use the crock pot since it is 250w.

Running an A/C by solar power would certainly not be possible with my setup and certainly out of the question for almost any RV using solar. You would need huge bank of 6v batteries and numerous solar panels to make this work. Here is where a generator comes into play - far less expensive and far more practical.

If I were to do it again, I'd buy at least a 100w panel and a bigger inverter.

I think you would be disappointed with the limited use you would get from the cheaper, 55w kit.
