TV mounting brackets are not measured in inches. They use VESA mounting standards that use metric measurements like : 200 x 200, 200 x 100, 100 x 100, 75 x 75 and so on. These will depend on the size and weight of your TV. The screws that mount the TV are metric thread also and different sizes are used also ..... be careful not to cross-thread the screws. The manual for the TV will tell you what VESA mount to use. I hope this helped, Hank .......... maybe you can find the manual for the new tv on-line and check the specs there.

What was their excuse for the missing TV? I find it hard to grasp this kind of activity at a dealer/service facility, and this is not the first post on several sites about theft of things from a customer's unit. I don't think it should be your responsibility to install the new TV or even worry about the details. Also, don't think I would ever return to that facility for any work in the future, regardless of how convenient it may be for you. No need to tell the name of the facility, but what town was it located in, just for future reference.

dealer

well the dealer didnt know my unit and 7 other units had been entered.the slides make it difficult to see tv so we didnt know it was gone.this happened over a three week period with lots of snow.dealer was very helpful in making this right and fed ex was late on their promised dec 24 delivery date.all is well and 2nd tv fit on bracket.i like this dealer because he isnt 100 miles away,it took awhile for keystone to address the issue ,my tv would lose antenna signal when the bedroom lights were switched on.keystone sent smaller led lights but now the holes in ceiling were too big, finally they sent trim rings and we are now in fort myers fla.thank you guys for all the responses
