new from Vancouver island

New to the forum but not RVing. We currently have a cougar mks333 and has everything a person could wish for. This is the second cougar we have purchased and this shows that keystone is moving forward in this industry. One note of trouble is there new power panel. This is the second panel we have installed,(updated version) and still it dies on us. Tried to reset the panel as we did on the original but guess what. It does not work. Any ideas out there?:

Other Cougar owners have also reported control panel issues. There are a number of threads about this topic and you can read through them to see if your problem is similar and what others have done to remedy it. Use the Search feature to see previous comments -- type in "control panel" and you'll find plenty of previous posts.

Welcome to the forum from the mainland. We really like the Island but the cost of taking the 5th wheel over and back empties our bank account.

No first-hand experience with the Cougar control panel, but there are previous discussions on the forum.
