Not Happy with Keystone
After purchasing our new Raptor, we set out for our first trip. Well we constantly found issues (most small). This was to be expected (maybe not this many), so we started our laundry list. After returning from our trip it began to rain. We discovered our camper came with a unique option, an indoor water fall. Water leaked in at the top of the main slide and soaked the floor! So I'm steaming now! After taking it to the dealer, and it sitting there for 3 weeks, they determined it wasn't sealed good where the roof material meets the top of the slide. So we get our unit back to find they had not repaired half the list. Next trip, sofa cushions began unraveling and we found a screw in the kitchen floor. It appeared that the screw head worn through the floor. Then we discovered that someone just popped a screw through the floor. So I advised dealer I wanted a new floor since I already have a patched up slide in a new unit. Well, after they get in an argument with Keystone they called me. I called Keystone who had the most unprofessional and uncaring customer service anyone could ask for. And was advised warranty will cover patching the floor. So due to sorry and negligent workmanship, we will have a 6 mo old unit, which has been at dealer for 7 weeks total, had a soaked floor, with a patched slide and floor! Last Keystone we will ever buy!
