Battery cable hookup for slide (fuse)

2004 Keystone Sprinter
While at dealership, they disconnected the battery and we cannot figure out where small black cable labeled "fuse" goes. It is connected to + positive post on battery. Any suggestions welcome.

Maybe the trailer brake away switch?
do you have a power tounge jack?

It looks like an after-market install ... do you have an electric tongue jack??? Are you original owner???

Yep, looks like mine for the tongue jack. The other end might be hanging down under the propane bottles.
