What has the dealer and Keystone told you?

And for the record, go to Lowe's or HD, buy carpet to do your bedrooms, then wait a year and try to find the same carpet so you can do the living room..... Chances are you won't find the same carpet, possibly not even the same manufacturer and I'll guarantee you won't find the same dye lot.

That's Keystone. We ordered a New RV several years back, when it can in it had the wrong floor plan in the bedroom. The dealer and us both contacted Keystone about it and all Keystone had to say about it was, they decided to do away with the floor plan we ordered. Keystone also pointed out that on the order form and in their fliers is states that, Keystone can make changes without notice...It is in the fine print....
