Mike -
If you go to Keystone's website (www.keystonerv.com) and find Laredo, there will be a link bar at the top of the Home Page. Click on Specs. Specs for the current year, 2013 will appear but if you look down at the bottom, there are specs for previous models. Click on the year you want and that should take you to the spec page for that particular year.
As far as being a 4 season RV, that depends on what region of North America you will be travelling to. If you are in central Canada or north central USA and expecting to be able to camp there in the winter, you can quickly forget that. 4 seasons is too vague to be able to adequately answer the question unless you can be more specific about what areas you might be spending the various months.
Generally, Keystone and other RV's are not made to withstand prolonged periods of sub-freezing weather unless you undertake fairly major modifications to it. If the Laredo has "Arctic Package" or "Polar Package" stamped on the side, ignore what that implies. It's an advertising gimmick to give buyers the impression that you can take the RV to northern regions and live comfortably in it. In its original condition, this just won't happen.
