Leveling System Power Problems

I have a 2019 Keystone Outback Ultra Lite 32.8RL. My keypad on th leveling system is not coming on. Replaced the key pad and still not coming on. There is 12 volt coming to th key pad. What else could it be

Are you sure it’s getting a good ground connection? There was a post the other day where the ground wire was pulled out of the molex connector on the leveling module…also see if you can trace where the ground wire goes to and make sure it’s clean and tight

Ok. I would check the pins to make sure they are all straight and fully seated. Was the panel new?
