LED Awning lights

Hello everyone,
Has anyone installed a reostat(dimmer) for factory installed LED awning lights. They are in my opinion obnoxiously too bright, I like to be the good neighbor and not have a landing zone lighting.

Thanks

I installed this one: https://www.amazon.com/Wall-mounted-.../dp/B07L3MT41G

It failed once when it was 2 years old but I liked it so much that I replaced it. Amazon has non-touch screen options too if that's not your thing.

Just remember that not all LED lights are dimmable. You should also consider that many awning lights are on the same switch as the dump valve light which is incandescent (dump valve light turns on/off with the awning light). I am not sure if the mix is compatible with a dimmer. Just thinking out loud. YMMV

I installed this on my awning LED strip. I like that is has a wireless remote switch that I installed next to my entry door.
