How many conductors in RV outlet?

I want to add an outlet in my kitchen. The nearest kitchen (GFCI) outlet to the desired area has two runs of Romex already in it. Looks like a very neat job inside and plenty of room between the knife edges for a third and final set. Am I within the rating?

I have seen 3 sets of Romex in the self contained outlets, you need to be aware of the amp rating of the circuit your adding to.

No worries, I'm not adding appliances to the kitchen, just moving where they plug into. The 26RBS has an outlet way back in the corner behind the sink that I can barely reach, never mind DW; and rather than have her plug her induction cooktop into a power strip that runs behind the sink (a wet area) to cook with it on the stovetop, we'd both rather have a plug on the microwave cabinet above the stove. Everything back there is 12/2.

My challenge for today is going to be to run a long drill bit through the cabinet's false floor wiring space to pierce the wall above the old plug with a large enough hole for the Romex. After that, it's all easy.

This works for me . I Added a receptacle in the wall and tied it into the GFI washer and dryer receptacle . I really haven’t investigated but when the GFI got kicked out it killed all the visible plugs.
