What size bit did you use to drill it out? I'm not sure what it would take to get it to 20,000 BTU.

Any picture or advice on how you did this?

So my father worked for Amerigas for 25 years. He has a set of bits that are numbered and has a corresponding chart that states btu's-size and NG-propane.
We grabbed the 20,000 bit and ran it through by hand.
