Welcome to the forum
They didn't remove the antenna, they removed the booster and replaced it with a "smart" module that detects the signal automatically so there isn't a booster button to press. First thing to do is set the TV to "AIR" if your using the roof antenna to scan for channels and "CABLE" if using park cable. If your ding over the air then it should just pick up channels, for park cable you need to run a coax from the park to your trailer. The KeyTv modue is outside wherever you sould plug in the coax. FInd it and look for a blue light in the lower left corner, If its on then the module is powered up and should be operating as designed. Did it work when you picked your unit up?

You'll also have to rescan every time you relocate or connect to a different cable system.

It could be the placement of the antenna on the roof. A lot of these newer low profile Omni directional antennas can be “shielded” by the AC unit. Do you know what brand and style you have?

Can you post a pic? And is the antenna between the AC units?

I would suspect if the antenna isn’t above the AC units, that may be a contributing factor.

I am having the same issue with my new camper. It has the Wingard Air 360 non directional antenna.
In my 2013 Cougar camper I was able to get 5 or 6 stations but in the new one we bought recently sitting in the exact same spot we get zero stations.
I contacted antenna manufacturer and the non directional only has a 50 mile range. They obviously do not pick up as well as the kind you raise and rotate.
All but one station in our part of the state are over 50 miles away.
Thank god for the satellite and Fire stick.....John
