Ascot blind parts needed

I have a 2017 375FL Montana High Country.

Blind is made by Ascot. Is a slow rise blind. I know this is under warranty but I just want to buy and replace the part myself.
Number on back of blind is 499766, 20X24 Taupe blind.
Black end gear that loads the spring is broken. Trying to track down and purchase a replacement gear. Thanks for any help you can give me.

You might try calling them directly and asking. A quick look on their site shows no parts but if you ask, who knows? They may replace the whole blind for you.
