sashco company

At work we got this product called through the roof. Says you can put it on dry or wet and it instantly becomes water proof. E-mailed the company and asked if they have something for EPDM roofs. They e-mailed me back and said they offer 2, through the roof and lexel. Also said that it wouldn't stick to polyethylene and polypropylene. Was wondering if anybody has used it? Thanks.

A friend uses Lexel instead of silicone to seal things on exterior walls.

I've used Lexel quite a bit on boats. Good stuff.
