When I get through these teething issues of the new 5th, I'm looking into Vault hubs. I have them on my boat trailer that gets dunked in salt water. They are warrantied no maintenance for like 5 years. Has a proprietary Lucas "hybrid" grease. Those spindles/hubs on a torsion axle sounds sweet. Dexter axle just bought the parent company of Vault.
