Alpine 3450RL Cover

I'm looking at RV Covers for my 2012 Alpine 3450RL. I need some help on selecting a cover when I store the unit in the winter in the North Georgia Mountains. We have rain, sun and sometimes snow. While the parking is in the open there is some fallout from trees nearby.

The Perma Pro cover recently offered by Camping World looks tempting but expensive. They offer a extra length option (140") vs. a 122" standard length. Do I need the extra length option for the Alpine?

Any help on material, brand, etc. would be appreciated.
