New Springdale from Oregon
I just bought a new Springdale 202QBWE for my Great Dane Henry and I I expect to spend a lot of time on here finding advice, tips, and tricks. So excited to get started but I don't take delivery until April 1 due to travel for work.
I am a first time TT owner any advice for first trip? Should I keep close to home?

Welcome, I have only had a Keystone several months but, owned RVs about 25 years. List your tow vehicle and trailer on your signature. And ask away. I would take the first trip close to home for 1 or 2 nights to make sure everythings working and you could phone the dealer if you need advise. If you need help or advise on where or how to get somewhere in Oregon I would be happy to help. I hope you find RVing as much fun as most do on here.

Thank you for the reply, I finally found the signature line and added it. I think I'll take your advice and stay close to home. I'm anxious to start exploring but the first trip is probably not the time to be hours from home when I have a question or problem.
I have experience towing various trailers but none of them have been this large or mine I'm just a little nervous since I've never towed with my truck. For some reason people always trust me to drive theirs though so I'm not totally inexperienced.
Aside from hoses, electric cables and Jack pads, are there any other must haves for the first little trip?

I would say leveling blocks, I cut up 2x6s about 12'" long for that but, you can buy them plastic ones that lock together. Wheel/tire blocks the 2x6s work for that to or buy some made for that. I found a plastic cone shape jack stand at camping world that the trailer jack sits on. With it you do not crank the handle all the way up/down to the ground. It is about 12" high. I find that it works real well and would not use wood blocks for that use. On the shore power cord you might get a 15 amp adapter to plug it to regular home outlets if you need to. Others might have more stuff.

Welcome, With a name like Henry he must be a heck of a guy. If you have the room at home try spending a few nights "Driveway camping", that way if you forgot something it's just a short walk to the house. Enjoy Henry's new Springdale and travel safely, Hank (from three generations of Henry's)
