The trailer's GVWR is just about 10,000#. Ideal tongue weight for a TT is 12 to 15% which means you should plan for at least 1,200# on the tongue. That leaves 300# for any other load in the truck including driver, passengers, fuel, and any bits and pieces you might want to take with you.
Realistically, you may never travel fully loaded, but 1,000 - 1,200# of "stuff" in the trailer would be a normal load.
So you are pushing max with even a normal load. Remember that the payload is partially calc'd on the right tires at the right pressure. Anything less and you'd be beyond max.
