Receiver location for wireless remote

I have new 2020 sprinter limited and need to program my remote. I haven’t been able to locate this black box anywhere. No help from keystone either.

Welcome to the forum... Did you call the dealer? Can't believe that you didn't get a reply from manufacturer... can you download any owner manuals on line? Not familiar enough with the unit to answer intelligently.. sorry

I have owners manual and it doesn’t say anything about this receiver or location. Keep getting the run around from CampingWorld

If you're talking about the receiver for the "IN-Command" system, have you checked the ceiling of the front passthrough? Often times they're mounted "well hidden on the ceiling where they don't get damaged"....

Yeah, checked everything visible and no receiver

What is this remote for? On our trailer, the control board for the automatic leveling system is in the same area as the water pump - which is a carpeted "box" next to the bed. Perhaps yours is hidden in a similar location?
