Coax Cable

I have a 2014 27' Keystone Hideout LHS. Can someone tell me where there may be a coax splitter? I have bought the best HD antenna and can barely get 3 HD channels. Hoping it may be a bad splitter or connection. There are 2 coax jacks and both have only 1 cable in them and only 1 cable coming through roof from antenna. Thank you

One coax from the roof to the booster is normal. You may have another coax from the side of the trailer to the booster for “park cable”.

Take the booster plate off and make sure the roof antenna is connected to ANT. Then make sure the coax from the side is connected to CBL. Since you have 2 seperate tv locations, look at the booster for a TV2 connection. It’s possible you have a barrel connection for the second TV but I doubt you have any splitters.

Make sure your booster is getting 12VDC and it’s getting to the antenna. Placement of the antenna, distance from towers and geographic topography will affect reception.

It should be by the main tv. It will have a button switch that lights up when you press it. I don’t think a 2014 had KeyTV.

It may be black or white, and may or may not have the 12V outlet:

Have you been turning the booster on before scanning for channels? You must do this.

In my LHS it is in the bedroom area on the ceiling.

Your OTA antenna “booster” is the amplified section of the antenna head up on the roof... all the little button does is turns on or off 12 volts DC power to that head... the switch itself “boosts” nothing

I'm guessing that's where it is. Our front bedroom is similar, had the "flip around" TV originally. The antenna boater on ours is in the rear bunk area where the TV goes.
