Furnace issues

So my 2019 Keystone Outback 328RL heat not working. It runs for a hour or so then it shuts off and the blower comes on but will not relight. i took my camper to the dealer on in December and January for the heat issue and was told it was a loose wire. Now we are camping in February and heat came on ran for about 1-2 hours to warm camper when same issue appears.eems to me its more than just a loose wire. It appears everytime they reconnect the circuit board it works for awhile. Any ideas.
