Red face Air Conditioner

2006 5th wheel toy hauler - our air conditioner compressor came on, but not the fan, then compressor kicked off so, we turned air conditioner off. What could be wrong?

Defective fan, seized fan shaft bearings, mud dauber nest binding fan.
the fan blowing air across the condenser is what removes heat. Without it, the compressor will run but eventually shut down on high pres/temp. The fact that the compressor starts and runs, says that it's OK.
Manually spin the fan and make sure it's not in a bind. It shouldn't be hard to trace the fan wires back to it's power source and measure to see if you are getting voltage to the fan. If you are, then the fan motor is defective. Try the fan on both high and low speeds. One set of windings could be bad. If that doesn't disclose anything, it's shop time.
