2017 Montana 3950 BR lazy boyz vibration dosent work

Plugged in power on left side and multi pin conyroller on right. When power button pushed on ,red light illuminates. When " high" pushed npthing changes no vibtation . When "low" pressed red light begins blinking on and off . The guy we bought this from said that the power cords were not the correct ones and that Keystone never sent him the right ones. He also said that the chairs are supposed to be heated and vibrate . However the controllers do not really say anything .. Any help appreciated...
