When will I know i have another problem? Water shooting from kitchen faucet is pretty easy to spot ... I initially didn't see any leaking from below but the water didn't run that long. I did wrap it pretty tight with a towel and then turned on the bathroom sink and toilet and had good flow there and no shooting water. Just let the water run and run toilet and check below? Check the water heater? Thanks

Your best indication of a leak will be if the pump either runs continuously or cycles by itself (without opening a tap or other water source)
Since your RV water system operates on a "pressure drop" switch, if the pump comes on, it is as a result of a drop in pressure in the line somewhere.
Keep in mind that any air in the system will take awhile or a few cycles of all individual taps to get rid of.

Well, replaced faucet. Ran water for a bit and had no leaks that I could see(knock on wood).. hot water heater seemed to work good. One strange thing, there is a plug near the back (blue plug) underneath, I assume it’s a plug for hot water heater maybe? Anyway, that was draining now, somehow the knob turned. not sure how that happened

There should be a total of 3 plugs under your trailer. Some have caps on them some have a valve. Two are your low point drains: One is for the hot water lines and one is for the cold water lines. Open them, turn on your faucets and the water "should" drain from your plumbing. The third is the fresh water tank drain. Open it and the tank will empty onto the ground. This prevents you from having to run all the water through the pump to empty the tank.

Well based on the 30 day forecast??? You're looking out to the end of April? I think you would be fine. I'm in Connecticut and I'll be dewinterizing in a few weeks so I can do some work and check things out. Normally I would wait until middle of May though. Hey if you get a few cold nights just crank on the heat, I usually just have a little space heater that keeps things warm enough if I need to.

Well that's not good. Sounds like a 3 bay heated garage with a nice big RV bay is in order! [emoji41]

A few cold nights are generally not a problem. Well, not if it is close enough to get to. If the day is sunny open the sink cabinets and window blinds. At dark close the blinds. Usually our day will hit 40 at least. If going below 27 for more than 3 hours before bed I'll run up (only 1 1/2 miles) and turn the furnace on until inside temps are at 55. Faucets are open and antifreeze in the traps. Low point drains open.
I don't winterize here but a few years ago twice had a cold snap and kept the furnace on at 50 all night. We spend January and February in Florida so not too many nights are a problem.
